(TSXV:RHT or OTCQB:RQHTF) (“Reliq” or the “Company”), a technology company focused on developing innovative mobile health (mHealth) and telemedicine solutions for Community-Based Healthcare, today announced that it has signed contracts with five new Home Health Agencies in Texas.  All five new clients will go live on Reliq’s iUGO CARE platform this month.

“Reliq’s local Sales and Implementations team in Texas has successfully signed another five new clients,” said Dr. Lisa Crossley, CEO of Reliq Health Technologies, Inc.  “Thanks to their hard work, experience in the space and extensive clinical network, the Texas team expects to have onboarded over 30 clients by the end of this calendar year.  Now that this team is in place and consistently producing impressive results, the Company will be focusing more of our attention on the other significant opportunities in our pipeline, replicating the business model we have validated in Texas in other States across the US.  The US Sales team for Reliq now includes senior Sales professionals in Arizona, California, Florida, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Texas, and the near-term opportunities in the US Sales pipeline span over 15 States.  Based on the current contracts, Reliq expects to achieve cash flow positive this quarter.  For clarity, the Company is not currently contemplating an equity raise and does not anticipate needing to raise outside capital in order to reach profitability in 2020.”
